There are the most recent "Good" pictures of Mckay. These were taken two times ago, this last time she wouldn't let us get good pictures the little stinker! 33 weeks along, which is 6 weeks and 6 days to go or 49 days to go, and I can't wait to meet her. Neither can Mike. Every day I feel Mckay kick more and more and it gets progressively harder each time she kicks unfourtunately. I love that she kicks but sometimes it really hurts. Mom's you know what I mean, especially when the baby is head down and they kick you in the ribs or make it hard for you to breath.

I love being pregnant and feeling my little girl move and grow big and strong, but don't get me wrong, I am ready to be done. I know it's a little selfish but I want to fit back into my regular jeans. :( Soon right? I have had a baby shower and we got a ton of stuff, I have another baby shower this saturday at Mike's mom's house. I'm excited about it! I love baby clothes.

We have her room almost ready, I just need to pick out paint and then help Mike tap off the room and then HE can paint it. Ha ha I wish that I could help but I am sure that it would give me a headache! Those of you who don't know already but I LOVE zebra stuff, Mckay's room is decked out in zebra stuff, she has a zebra fitted sheet, laundry basket, and her name is also zebra. My mom and sister made a combined effort to make her a silky blanket and it's black white and pink and has a zebra that my sister drew that is so stinkin cute! She's going to paint the zebra and we're going to hang it in her room for wall art. I love having a sister that is very talented and artistic! AMAZING!!

Hopefully we'll get her room all together soon and I'll be able to post pictures but right now it's in the in-between stage. Not so pretty. Everything has a begining though right?

Working mom's I just wanted to ask you also where you take your children to daycare? I'm trying to keep our options open. We might have a babysitter lined up but I'm not sure if it's going to work out so I want to get other ideas so I kind of have somewhere to look if it doesn't work out. I don't really want Mckay to go to a Daycare but I need to work so there isn't really any other choice. I would prefer an at-home-daycare, but it just deends on who and where they are located. I know I havent' posted new pics of baby Mckay but I will soon, I promise! Hopefully before she's born lol. So we are finally getting some time to get our bathroom started downstairs and it looks so good! I love the tile we picked out. I can't wait to see it all grouted. Mike and his dad did the grout this morning. Then next week we'll have my dad help us with the rest of the stuff, such as the vaniety and the toilet. It's all coming together, we still have to get fixtures but I don't care as long as I don't have to run upstairs to pee all the time when I'm doing hair, I'll be in heaven! :D

We really appreciate all the help that we have gotten with our house! All the upgrades are so nice! Now we just have to kind of baby proof it. Our friends come over with their kids and it is totally not baby proof at all. So scary! EEE!! We'll get it there, but not for a while. Mckay won't be crawling for a while so we should be good for a little bit.

Hi everyone! It has been far to long. We have some awesome news, I am sure most of you already know but we are expecting a little one in may! We are so excited to meet the sweet spirit that has been causing me some unwanted sickness. ;) But never the less we are so blessed to be able to start our little family.

We find our the gender on Decemer 14th, and Mike is waiting anxiously to find out. He thinks and wants the baby to be a boy, but I on the other hand don't know and don't care the gender as much as i do a healthy baby. I'm good with either gender.

Our other awesome news is that mike has gotten a job opportunity with ogden city being a police officer. We are excited for him to start there as well. He will start in late January early February.

Our house is hopefully going to be back in order before the baby comes but we will see, you never know what the futur brings. That's our update for now, I will try to post pics of the ultra sounds and then post the announcement of the gender of the baby!!! :D

So These are some pictures of our house. We have been doing some reconstruction and redoing flooring and all that fun stuff but most of it is already done so it makes it almost finished. YAY!! Then the last two pictures are of my salon. I know theres a ton of stuff in there but I love it! I think that it is so stinkin cute! I love having all the space and feeling like a real salon. It's awesome everyone should come and visit me!

Life is going on...

Life is going on, Mike is in school and I have gotten a new job were I work from 9-6pm everyday and I love it. I am working at one of my old jobs, it's so nice to be back! I love it here. Michael is still in school and working. He is the most amazing person ever! He works so hard! He's almost done with school and then he will be going back to school in the fall to finish up his degree at weber state. He has a lot of schooling left but I know that he can do it! He works hard!
So I thought that I should probably post and let everyone know how things are going. The salon is pretty much finished and all we have to do is finish the trim work. So that means that it's ok to use! I have been usuing it for a while and oh man can I tell you how much I love having a shampoo bowl! It's so nice not having to wash people hair out in the sink.
I have been pretty steady with hair and nails so things are picking up and I appreciate all of my clients and my future clients for all of your support. I did however get a full time job so this means that I am only able to appointments after 6pm week days and all day on saturdays. This makes for long weeks but I do it because I love doing what I do.
