We are expecting our second little baby, it's such a blessing and we are so excited! I was very unexpected that's for sure and very very shocking and it's taken a while to get  used to the idea of having children that will be about 14 months apart. :-O

Never the less we are very excited for this little blessing to be a part of our lives. We know that he or she is meant to be here and we are so greatful for the opportunity to be the parents of this child as well as Mckay.

Our due date is July 25th, 2012. So they will be a few days short of 14 months apart. EEEK!!! I am so nervous but I know it's been done before and I am bound and determined that I will be the best mom I am able to be.

We have had a great holiday season and we are so happy that we got to spend it with family. Mckay was so fun to watch open her presents, she was of course more into the crinkly paper and wanted to play with that but she has been playing with her toys that she got and it's fun to watch her grow.

She is rolling all over the place, and she really wants to be walking around all she wants to do is stand. Oh how it drives us nuts because we end up holding her up most of the time. She hates to be sitting, she'll pull herself up no matter what she's doing, laying down on her belly, sitting, she is funny like that.

She LOVES Turkey and Rice for meals. She's to the stage where she tries to help you feed her. Needless to say that feedings are always messy and she has food everywhere even in her hair. She gets a ton of baths.

Mckay is seven months old. I can't believe how time flies. She has two and a half more inches to grown then she's out of her car seat and into a big girl one. She is definitely going to resemble her daddy. She's looks like she will have blonde hair, but we will have to see how it turns out.

Mike has started yet another semester of schooling in health administration services. He was on schedule to graduate with his bachelors degree this spring but they don't offer the classes that he needed this spring so hopefully he'll be able graduate summer semester. HOPEFULLY!!!! If not then latest will be Fall, then he will be able to start his Masters.

I'm loving being a stay at home working mommy, Lol. I'm greatful for the opportunity that i have to be able to be there to raise Mckay and watch her learn and grow in everything that she does. I'm not as sick with this pregnancy and I was with Mckay. It is nice, not throwing up every morning, however I'm the kind of person that would rather throw up instead of feel nauseated all the freakin time even with the Zolfran. But I am not going to complain. Well there is an update of our lives. =)

Our trip to vegas

We have had so much fun!!!!  But ready to get back to our baby. It's the first time since she's been born that we've left her over night. It hadn't been as bad as I thought but not something I would want to do all the time.

Update!

I know it's been forever since I've updated our blog, here we go. Since I last post, We have had a beautiful little girl named Mckay Wilson. She's the best thing that has happened to us! We couldn't ask for a better child. She's perfect in every way! We love her soooooo much! She was admitted into the NICU the second night after she was born, she was having a hard time breathing so they took her in the NICU to watch over her closer. She had aspirated some amniotic fluid when she was born so they ended up pumping her stomach because of that. She was in the NICU from Thursday night till Sunday afternooon. Worst time of my life. I know that there is a ton of people who have children end up in the NICU for much much longer then she was in there and I have no idea how they do it. It was so stinkin hard for me to see her like that, all the wires attached to her it was horrible. The labor part wasn't too horrible bad, I would deffinately do it again, lol. I went into the hospital at four am they ended up sending me home because there wasn't progress so they gave me a shot of morphine and sent me home tellling me that I'd be back later that day to have our baby. needless to say I was back at the doctors at three that afternoon and again there wasn't much progress but the admitting nurse convinced my doctor to keep me there because if they hadn't I would most likely have had Mckay at home. I wen't from a three to a ten in a matter of five hours, it wasn't bad at all, we got admitted at threeish and had Mckay at 8:43pm. We spent a day with her then she got admitted into the NICU etc. Since then I took six weeks off of work to recover, Michael has gotten a promotion at work and I have quit my job and I am now a stay-at-home-mommy that works from home doing hair and nails. I'm building my clientele so if you ever need your hair done or nails done, give me a call. Mckay at four months had stopped wanting her bottle, she didn't want anything to do with rice cereal so our doctor said that we needed to start her on baby food..... yes I said baby food, She LOVES peas and sweet potatoes and she'll now eat rice cereal silly girl, but she doesn't like green beans, carrots, applesauce, pears and raspberries, she will eat some peaches but not very much. Oh the fun with the baby food. She sure gets messy. Mckay is also rolling over both ways and loves being in a johnny jump up!! LOVES IT!! She hates to sit down and loves to stand. As much progress she's making I think we are taking a step backwards in sleeping through the night the last couple of nights she's woken up three to five times, not just to eat but to get her binki (I love the binki but I hate it at the same time!). All in all Mckay is doing well. Mike and i are doing great, we love being parents and love having the opportunity to have me stay at home and be with Mckay as she grows and develops. Michael is still pursuing school, it's rough at times because of homework but we're getting through it. "It'll all be worth it int he end, right??" I just keep telling myself that, you almost have to.

Welp, we are now down to days! Hopefully Mckay decides to come on her own, however We both mike and I don't think that she'll come on her own, This little girl has my temper and I am in for a real treat. I haven't had any "REAL" contractions at all, I have had braxton hicks contractions but they haven't been consistant at all! Dang it!

Our next appointment is set for June 2nd, and hopefully we don't end up going that long but this little girl doesn't seem to want to come out at all or have any interest in coming out, maybe if the weather warms up she'll be more willing to come on her own. That would be nice.

Everything is ready, the doctor says that she's looking good, her legs measure a little small but they have the whole pregnancy, but there isn't anything to worry about. She'll probably just hit her growth spurt later in life like mike did, in high school.

We are just so excited to meet her, and want her to be here I'm getting really anxious and ownery becaue I don't like not knowing when something is going to happen, It is too stressful. I hope for mike's sake she decides to come sooner then later because I need to start being a happy momma, which right now I'm not so much.

My parents are so excited, my mom texts me everyday to see how I'm doing and see how Mckay is treating me. My dad will text me when he's doing something and ask if he needs to keep doing that certain thing longer because he thinks that if he's doing something then Mckay will decide to come and he'll have to drop everything he is doing and come to the hospital. It hasn't worked these last couple days. :(

Mckay will be here soon. We can't wait to meet our little princess!! I think that I am mostly ready for her to be here and to get some time off of work! I need a break, I know I'll only get one from work for a little while but hey, something is better than nothing. My mom is going to watch Mckay untill she has to go back to work in august and then we aren't sure what we are going to do but we have about two and a half months till she goes back to school to get that figured out.

I will let everyone know when Mckay decided to make her arrival into this world to be a part of our eternal family here on earth. I will be taking a ton of pictures that is for sure! I can't wait her to meet everyone! Especially Mat, Ashley and the girls! I know it won't be for a while till they get to meet but it will be an exciting time when that does happen.

Ashley if you read this, which I am not sure if you do, but if you do, we are almost there! Hang in there and be strong. Our little girls will be here soon. They already have their own ways. Both seem to not be ready enough to come on their own. Hopefully we add two more little girls into the Wilson family this week!! Good Luck! We love you guys and miss you guys!

IT'S OFFICIAL!!! 2 WEEKS LEFT!!!!!!!

If you can't tell we are so excited to meey Mckay! We have everything ready. I'm getting anxious. At first when you find out that you are expecting you don't really feel any different except if you are sick (Which I was Grr..). It didn't hit me that I was going to have a baby till I was about 7ish months pregnant. It just didn't seem real yet. Although I had a belly and I didn't before. That was the only difference.

Now we are about 2 weeks away, depending on when Mckay decides she wants to come and meet us. Sometimes I still don't believe that we are going to be parents to a beautiful little girl! At times it doesn't seem real still. At our last appointment the doctor said that Mckay's estimated weight was 6 lbs and 3 ozs, and everything looked great, Mckay even has HAIR!!!! I still ask everytime also that she's still a girl. I'm sure my doctor is getting sick of it but I want to make sure that my bond with my little GIRL is still going to be with my little GIRL, lol.

I'm really excited to see what color of hair she will come out with. I'm still banking on red, but we will see. I am dialated to a 2 and 50% thinned out. She doesn't think as of right now that I will go early but you never know till it happens aways right?

We are so greatful for this incredible opportunity that God has given us. We know that it will be a challange and we are up to it! We love being around little ones, as do both of our families. I plan on taking a little bit off of work, but plan on doing hair and nails while I'm not at my other job for the 6 weeks. If you need a hair cut or anything like that I'll be more then willing to do that still, so don't be afraid to ask! :D

I do have one complaint about where we are having her, Mckay Dee Hospital. I wish that they would do the online web nursery. Like Ogden Regional. I think that it is a great way for everyone to see your little one without having to be at the hospital and cramming your room, lol. Not that we dont' want visitors but Its nice to be able to see the baby in a different way. Anyways I believe that is my one and only complaint, for now hopefully the only one.

I'm greatful for being able to have this opportunity don't get me wrong but I am also ready to get back in shape and fit in my old clothes and be able to wear cute things again without feeling fat. I know it's kinda selfish but what pregnant woman doesn't want her old body back right?

I would post more pictures of Mckay but lately we haven't been able to get any good ones. We did get one with her sticking her tounge out at us, it was really cute! What a little stinker huh?! Just like her mom!! :D I will for sure post pictures of our little one once she arrives and greets us! Thank you everyone for your support, we really appreciate it! Thanks so Much!
